Make a lasting impact this winter with Arctic Wave’s Pay It Forward program. By donating, you’re helping to provide our innovative adaptive coats to children in need, specifically benefiting the patients at Gillette Children's in Minnesota.
These coats are designed with care to support children with sensory needs, special needs, or those who struggle to keep their mittens on. For many families, these jackets are not just warm layers but a solution that enables kids to enjoy the outdoors with ease and comfort.
Here’s how you can contribute:

- Sponsor a full coat (or more!) for a child in need.

* Shell is made from recycled polyester and is waterproof and windproof
* The Interior is made with a thin layer of polar fleece for comfort
* Insulated with Thinsulate (good for temperatures of -20 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit)
* An extra layer of fleece in the mittens to keep the hands warm
* Spandex in mittens

Shipping time is 3-7 business days for US deliveries. Canadian and European shipping times differ based on location, but can be from 5-15 business days.
We accept returns of all unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. an order number or email).
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@arcticwaveco.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
