If you like the concept of our mitt coats and want to brighten someone else's day, consider either donating a dollar amount to go towards a new children's coat or donate a full coat (or two) to a family who cannot financial afford it through our Pay It Forward program. Our preferred partner that we will donate all coats to is Gillette Children's in Minnesota.
These coats have been a game-changer for children with special needs. We have heard multiple uplifting stories on how some of our customers with birth defects, who have Down Syndrome, Autism, WSS (Wiedemann–Steiner syndrome), Cystic Fibrosis, etc. are not able to keep mittens on their hands in the winter and therefore, have not been able to play out at recess, or have come in with cold fingers, and with these coats, that is no longer an issue.
We want to get even more coats in the hands of children who could benefit from them the most. Therefore, if you are in a position to donate any dollar amount, you will not only be helping children in our community, but you will also be receiving a tax deduction (we will send you a receipt for your records) and be supporting our small business. * Shell is made from recycled polyester and is waterproof and windproof
* The Interior is made with a thin layer of polar fleece for comfort
* Insulated with Thinsulate (good for temperatures of -20 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit)
* An extra layer of fleece in the mittens to keep the hands warm
* Spandex in mittens

Shipping time is 3-7 business days for US deliveries. Canadian shipping times differ based on location, but can be from 5-15 business days.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@arcticwaveco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
